Azitis is a next-generation insolvency software solution developed to digitize and centralize the complex process of managing insolvency auctions in Romania.
Designed for practitioners and administrators, it automates everything from asset listings and bidder onboarding to deposits, guarantees, payments, and post-auction flows – ensuring full legal compliance and operational clarity.

The insolvency process in Romania is heavily regulated, manual, and fragmented. Practitioners struggled to manage auctions across multiple channels while staying compliant.

  • Needed a centralized digital system to manage public auctions.
  • Required a secure environment for deposits, guarantees, and participant verification.
  • Needed to automate recurring legal workflows.
  • Required a scalable infrastructure to support multiple practitioners and auctions simultaneously.

We designed and built Azitis as a modular, scalable platform from the ground up.
The solution combines deep business logic, robust infrastructure, and a simple and modern user experience.
  • Laravel-based backend with complex rule automation for deposits, bids, refunds, and reporting.
  • Dual frontends (Nuxt 2 for buyers, Nuxt 3 for admins/sellers) optimized for usability and speed.
  • AWS infrastructure with Kubernetes orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and OpenSearch indexing.
The result: a fully digital auction ecosystem that modernizes insolvency workflows.
