is a digital platform meant to help schools from Romania with the career planning of their teaching staff.
the challenge
The technical challenge was to create the infrastructure for the platform, which needed connected a wide variety of elements: the schools, the teachers, the courses, the suppliers, the categories, the learning plans, the budget and the administrator.
the solution
Talent Manager for Schools is a web app in which teachers can create their account and set a desired professional path. Based on these objectives, they get assigned a training plan, targeted at specific competences, against which they get assessed. The schools presented on the platform can manage their training budgets as well as their teacher’s professional development.
The solution we built together with our client was a sophisticated and flexible infrastructure, together with a solid administrative user built in October CMS.
